And again, without any intention of advertising the product.. I’m merely showing you another Indonesian icon, this time amongst the beer drinkers. Same as Teh Botol, Bir Bintang has been around for years. You should try it when you visit Jakarta.

April 28, 2007 - Instant Noodles Anytime

Indonesians have this special bond with instant noodles (we call it ‘mie instan’). Also known as the essential food of college students. Want to experience being an average Indonesian? Try to eat ‘mie instan’ (Indomie) and drink ‘teh botol‘ for a few days in a row! LOL!

The picture was taken inside TransJakarta bus and I’m not associated whatsoever with the Kare noodle company.
