Here we only eat bananas when they are mature, yellow or yellow with small brown dots.
But still a nice pic, i’ve never seen so many bananas together lol

Hi Queenie, yes we actually eat green variety of bananas called “Pisang Ambon” or Green Banana. Bananas shown in the picture are not one of Pisang Ambon I believe. They just not ready to be eaten yet

But shes right, theres also liquor called ‘pisang ambon’, produced by a dutch liquor company. It has light green color, not sure whether its made from real fermented banana or not.
