I didn’t know what is this exactly. It could be a traditional wooden plate. Or just simply a wall accessory hanging in a steak restaurant. Who knows?

I think it is a Chinese ornament theme then adopted by Javanese wooden craft and also in Madura’s . That is depecting the phoenix bird tail . Phoenix is a celestial and magical bird for them
