Crocodile Bread “Roti Buaya”

This bread has a special meaning for the people of Betawi. Foods with a shape inspired by the creation of this crocodile alligator habit of marrying only once during his life. Therefore crocodile bread is often used as a symbol of loyalty to a married couple. Crocodile bread is usually always present in any traditional Betawi wedding ceremony.
